Maqolaning obyekti sifatida Fargʻona viloyati va Toshkent shahrida faoliyat yuritgan transchegaraviy firibgarlik aloqa markazi holati koʻrib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot doirasida IP-telefoniya, messenjerlar, kompyuter va mobil qurilmalar, SIP-shlyuzlar, vayfay-routerlar, kriptohamyonlar hamda blokcheyn tranzaksiyalari raqamli-kriminalistik jihatdan tahlil etilgan. Shuningdek, jinoyatni sodir etishda SIP-telefoniya va “Zoiper” dasturidan foydalanish holatlari tahlil qilingan. “Telegram” maʼlumotlari, qurilma tasvirlari, SIP-shlyuzlar va tarmoq uskunalariga oid maʼlumotlar, kriptoaktivlar va tranzaksiyalar zanjiri oʻrganilgan hamda transchegaraviy dalillar asosida daliliy baza shakllantirish jarayoni yoritilgan. Maqolada mazkur kiberjinoyat kompleks raqamli infratuzilma va xalqaro aloqalar asosida tashkil etilganligi tahlil qilinib, bunday jinoyatlarni fosh etish raqamli kriminalistika va idoralararo hamkorlikni talab etishi toʻgʻrisida xulosalar shakllantirilgan.
