РАСКРЫТИЕ ТРАНСГРАНИЧНОГО МОШЕННИЧЕСТВА В ФЕРГАНЕ: УГОЛОВНО-ПРАВОВЫЕ, ЦИФРОВО-КРИМИНАЛИСТИЧЕСКИЕ И КРИПТОАНАЛИТИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ

Объектом исследования является деятельность трансграничного мошеннического кол-центра, функционировавшего на территории Ферганской области и города Ташкента. В рамках исследования с позиций цифровой криминалистики проанализированы IP-телефония, мессенджеры, компьютерные и мобильные устройства, SIP-шлюзы, Wi-Fi-роутеры, криптокошельки и блокчейн-транзакции. Рассмотрены случаи использования SIP-телефонии и программы Zoiper при совершении преступления. Изучены данные Telegram, образы цифровых устройств, сведения, содержащиеся на SIP-шлюзах и сетевом оборудовании, криптоактивы и цепочки транзакций. Освещён процесс формирования доказательственной базы с использованием трансграничных доказательств. В статье установлено, что данное киберпреступление было организовано с использованием комплексной цифровой инфраструктуры и международных связей. Сформулирован вывод о том, что раскрытие подобных преступлений требует применения методов цифровой криминалистики и эффективного межведомственного сотрудничества.
