Ushbu maqolada kripto-aktivlar va mayning sohasida sodir etiladigan qonunga xilof qilmishlarning huquqiy tabiati, mazmun-mohiyati va ularni tasniflash mezonlari nazariy hamda amaliy jihatdan tadqiq etilgan. Jinoyat huquqi doktrinasidagi an’anaviy (instrumental), texnokratik va iqtisodiy-institutsional yondashuvlar tanqidiy tahlil qilinib, mualliflik takliflari ilgari surilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy xorijiy konsepsiyalar va xalqaro tashkilotlar (FATF, TRM Labs) standartlari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida kripto-qonunbuzarliklarning milliy va transmilliy darajadagi yangi mualliflik ta’riflari shakllantirilgan. Qilmishlar yuridik oqibati va obyektiga ko‘ra tasniflanib, ilg‘or xorij tajribasi asosida kripto-jinoyatlarning uchta yangi raqamli sinfi nazariy jihatdan asoslab berilgan.
