Maqolada tadbirkorlik faoliyatiga davlat organlarining noqonuniy aralashuvini cheklash masalasi konstitutsiyaviy-huquqiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Unda iqtisodiy erkinlik, xususiy mulk daxlsizligi, maʼmuriy tartib-taomillar va davlat nazoratining shaffofligi oʻrtasidagi bogʻliqlik yoritiladi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi yangi tahrirdagi Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasida mustahkamlangan iqtisodiy erkinlik kafolatlarini tadbirkorlikka asossiz aralashuvlarni cheklash mexanizmlari bilan bogʻliq holda ochib berishdan iborat. Tadqiqot natijasida noqonuniy aralashuvni cheklash qonuniylik, mutanosiblik, raqamli shaffoflik, samarali shikoyat qilish va zararni qoplash kafolatlari bilan taʼminlanishi zarurligi asoslandi hamda qonunchilikni takomillashtirish boʻyicha takliflar ilgari surildi.
