Maqolada LegalTech texnologiyalarini joriy etish orqali malakali yuridik yordam ko‘rsatish tizimini raqamlashtirishning huquqiy va amaliy masalalari kompleks tadqiq etilgan. O‘zbekistonda amalda bo‘lgan “Yuridik yordam” axborot tizimi misolida jinoyat ishlari bo‘yicha yuridik yordam ko‘rsatish to‘g‘risidagi topshiriqlarni advokatlar o‘rtasida avtomatlashtirilgan tarzda taqsimlash mexanizmi tahlil qilinib, uning “cho‘ntak advokatlar” deb ataluvchi advokatlarni jalb qilish amaliyotiga barham berishga xizmat qilishi asoslangan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, mazkur axborot tizimining mualliflik ta’rifi ishlab chiqilgan. Davlat hisobidan yuridik yordam ko‘rsatuvchi advokatlar mehnatiga haq to‘lashni avtomatlashtirish va byurokratik yuklamani kamaytirish maqsadida smart-shartnomalar, xususan, “Smart Billing” modulini joriy etish maqsadga muvofiqligi asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, odil sudlovni amalga oshirishda sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalaridan foydalanishning axloqiy va huquqiy xatarlariga qiyosiy baho berilgan.
