Аннотация

В статье комплексно исследуются правовые и практические вопросы цифровизации системы оказания квалифицированной юридической помощи посредством внедрения технологий LegalTech. На примере действующей в Узбекистане информационной системы «Юридическая помощь» анализируется механизм автоматизированного распределения между адвокатами поручений об оказании юридической помощи по уголовным делам, способствующий устранению практики привлечения так называемых «карманных адвокатов». По результатам исследования сформулировано авторское определение данной информационной системы. Обоснована целесообразность внедрения смарт-контрактов, в частности модуля Smart Billing, в целях автоматизации оплаты труда адвокатов, оказывающих юридическую помощь за счёт государства, и снижения бюрократической нагрузки. Кроме того, дана сравнительная оценка этических и правовых рисков применения технологий искусственного интеллекта при осуществлении правосудия.
