Maqolada Yevropa Ittifoqining Raqamli xizmatlar toʻgʻrisidagi akti (Digital Services Act, DSA) yondashuvini Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi raqamli platformalarini huquqiy tartibga solish tizimiga joriy etish istiqbollari tahlil qilingan. Qiyosiy huquqiy tahlil asosida DSAning asosiy tamoyillari – foydalanuvchilar huquqlari ustuvorligi, platformalarning javobgarligi, algoritmlar va moderatsiya amaliyotining shaffofligi aniqlangan hamda ularning milliy qonunchilik bilan mutanosibligi koʻrsatib berilgan. Shuningdek, yaqin oradagi qonunchilik tashabbuslari, jumladan, “Onlayn platformalar va veb-saytlar foydalanuvchilarining huquqlarini himoya qilish toʻgʻrisida”gi qonun loyihasi koʻrib chiqilgan. Maqolada DSA yondashuvini moslashtirishning afzalliklari (foydalanuvchilarni himoya qilish, provayderlar masʼuliyatini oshirish, xalqaro normalar bilan uygʻunlashtirish) va uni uni joriy etishdagi ehtimoliy qiyinchiliklar qayd etilgan. Xulosada DSA qoidalarini milliy xususiyatlarga moslashish hamda davlat, biznes va jamiyat oʻrtasida samarali hamkorlikni taʼminlash sharti bilan ushbu hujjat Oʻzbekistonda raqamli tartibga solishni modernizatsiya qilish uchun asos boʻlishi mumkinligi taʼkidlangan.
