Maqolada AQSh, Yevropa Ittifoqi va O‘zbekiston misolida sunʼiy intellekt texnologiyalarini qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalariga integratsiya qilishning huquqiy asoslari koʻrib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida xorijiy olimlar, mutaxassislar va tadqiqotchilarning sunʼiy intellektning energetika tizimlaridagi oʻrni, ijobiy va salbiy jihatlari hamda ular tomonidan taklif etilgan yechimlarga bagʻishlangan ishlari tahlil qilingan. Amaldagi xalqaro standartlar, shu jumladan, Yevropa Sunʼiy intellekt qonuni, NIST tamoyillari va boshqa meʼyoriy hujjatlar taqqoslandi. O‘zbekiston Respublikasining qayta tiklanuvchi energetika va sunʼiy intellektni tartibga solish sohasidagi normativ-huquqiy hujjatlari o‘rganilib, mavjud standartlarning qiyosiy tahlili oʻtkazildi. Sunʼiy intellektni energetika sohasiga integratsiyalash masalalari boʻyicha Scopus tomonidan indekslangan xalqaro ilmiy maʼlumotlar bazalari va retsenziyalanadigan jurnallardan olingan materiallardan foydalanilgan. Huquqiy rejimlar taqqoslandi, tartibga solishdagi bo‘shliqlar aniqlandi va sohani takomillashtirish boʻyicha tavsiyalar berildi.
