СПОСОБЫ И МЕХАНИЗМЫ ЗАЩИТЫ ОБЪЕКТОВ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОЙ СОБСТВЕННОСТИ И ТЕНДЕНЦИИ ИХ РАЗВИТИЯ

В статье анализируются современные способы и механизмы защиты объектов промышленной собственности, особенности их практического применения, а также процессы трансформации в правовой системе. Кроме того, рассматриваются вопросы авторского права, процедуры патентования, требования к проведению экспертизы и роль охраны интеллектуальной собственности в повышении конкурентоспособности. На основе изучения международного опыта сформулированы выводы относительно перспективных тенденций развития механизмов защиты объектов промышленной собственности. Наряду с этим исследуются вопросы цифровизации объектов промышленной собственности, внедрения систем электронной подачи заявок, а также совершенствования судебной практики в сфере интеллектуальной собственности. Раскрывается значение эффективной охраны промышленной собственности в условиях инновационной экономики для повышения инвестиционной привлекательности и обосновывается необходимость гармонизации национального законодательства с международными стандартами.
