METHODS AND MECHANISMS FOR THE PROTECTION OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY OBJECTS AND THEIR DEVELOPMENT TRENDS

The article analyzes modern methods and mechanisms for protecting industrial property objects, their practical application, and transformation processes within the legal system. It also highlights the role of intellectual property protection in improving copyright, patent processes, expertise requirements, and competitiveness. International experience on the topic has been studied, and conclusions have been formulated regarding the future development trends of protection mechanisms. Furthermore, the work analyzes issues regarding the digitalization of industrial property objects, the implementation of electronic application systems, and the improvement of judicial practice in the field of intellectual property. The importance of effective protection of industrial property in increasing investment attractiveness in the context of an innovative economy is revealed, and the need to harmonize national legislation with international standards is substantiated.
