ВОПРОСЫ ГАРМОНИЗАЦИИ НАЦИОНАЛЬНОГО ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВА О ТУРИЗМЕ В ПРОЦЕССЕ ВСТУПЛЕНИЯ В ВТО

В статье проанализированы актуальные вопросы, связанные с приведением национального законодательства Республики Узбекистан в сфере туризма в соответствие с требованиями Генерального соглашения по торговле услугами (GATS) в процессе присоединения страны к Всемирной торговой организации. Основной целью исследования является научное обоснование необходимости поэтапной либерализации рынка туристических услуг, а также упрощения процедур лицензирования и сертификации. В ходе исследования использованы сравнительно-правовой, нормативно-правовой и аналитический методы. Полученные результаты показывают, что формирование правовой базы, соответствующей международным стандартам, способствует повышению конкурентоспособности туристической отрасли. Выводы исследования обладают практическим значением для совершенствования туристической политики и имплементации обязательств по GATS в национальное законодательство.
