CONSTITUTIONAL MECHANISMS FOR LIMITING ILLEGAL INTERFERENCE IN ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY

The article analyzes the issue of limiting the illegal interference of state bodies in entrepreneurial activity from a constitutional and legal perspective. It highlights the link between economic freedom, the inviolability of private property, administrative procedures, and the transparency of state control. The aim of the research is to reveal the guarantees of economic freedom enshrined in the new edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the mechanisms for limiting unjustified interference in entrepreneurship. As a result of the study, it was justified that the restriction of illegal interference should be ensured by guarantees of legality, proportionality, digital transparency, effective complaints and compensation for damages, and proposals for improving the legislation were put forward.
