Abstract

The article presents a scientific analysis of reforms aimed at modernizing forensic activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan, their legal basis, the processes of digitalization of forensic activities, and the main problems in practice. In foreign countries, the digitalization of forensic activities is considered a priority area for the development of legal systems and an important factor in increasing the effectiveness of justice. This implies a transition from traditional paper circulation to electronic information systems and will lead to significant changes. The author scientifically substantiates that the development of the forensic expert system in harmony with global trends and the digitalization of activities is an important factor in increasing the effectiveness of justice. At the end of the study, he put forward his proposals for further improvement of this area.
