Ushbu maqolada FATF standartlarini O‘zbekiston Respublikasining JDL/TMQK sohasidagi ma’muriy-huquqiy tartibga solish tizimiga joriy etish mexanizmi tadqiq qilingan. BMT Xavfsizlik Kengashining 1617 (2005)-sonli rezolyutsiyasi va FATF hujjatlari xalqaro mezon sifatida baholanib, asosiy e’tibor davlat organlari vakolatlari, hisobdor subyektlar majburiyatlari, normativ-huquqiy shaklni tanlash, nazorat choralarining mutanosibligi va qabul qilingan normalarning natijadorligini qayta baholash masalalariga qaratilgan. Xalqaro standartni milliy ma’muriy-huquqiy qarorga joriy etishning bosqichli tartibi asoslanib, qonunchilik hujjatlari darajasida takomillashtirish takliflari ilgari surildi.
