Aholini investitsiyaviy munosabatlarga faol jalb etish har bir mamlakat uchun nafaqat iqtisodiy, balki siyosiy jihatdan ham ahamiyatlidir. Ushbu maqolada mahalliy investorlarni investitsiya faoliyati subyekti sifatida iqtisodiy munosabatlarga faol jalb etishning huquqiy vositalari va usullari tizimli tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida O‘zbekiston Respublikasining sohaga oid milliy qonunchilik hujjatlari o‘rganilib, to‘g‘ridan to‘g‘ri va portfel investitsiyalarning farqlari, fond bozorini rivojlantirish istiqbollari hamda aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari faoliyatidagi mavjud muammolar ochib berilgan. Muallif tomonidan minoritar aksiyadorlarning huquqlarini himoya qilish, korporativ boshqaruvni takomillashtirish, shuningdek, investitsiya muhitini diversifikatsiya qilishda islom moliyasi imkoniyatlaridan foydalanish masalalari atroflicha ko‘rib chiqilgan. AQSH, Belarus va Qozog‘iston tajribasi asosida o‘tkazilgan qiyosiy tahlillar asosida mahalliy investorlarni investitsiyaviy jarayonlarga faol integratsiya qilish bo‘yicha aniq huquqiy mexanizmlar va amaliy taklif-tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan.
