Maqolada jadal shakllanayotgan, biroq huquqiy jihatdan deyarli tartibga solinmagan hodisa – diplomatik jarayonlarda sun’iy intellekt tizimlaridan foydalanish masalasi tadqiq etilgan. Muallif diplomatiyada sun’iy intellekt qo‘llanishining hozirgi holatini tahlil qiladi: bunda kundalik konsullik tartib-taomillarini avtomatlashtirishdan tortib, tashqi siyosiy qarorlar qabul qilishni qo‘llab-quvvatlash algoritmik tizimlargacha bo‘lgan jarayonlar qamrab olingan. Alohida e’tibor diplomatik funksiyalarni sun’iy intellekt tizimlariga topshirishning odob-axloq va huquqiy muammolariga, algoritmlar ishtirokida qabul qilingan qarorlar uchun davlat javobgarligi masalalariga hamda diplomatik sohada davlatlar o‘rtasidagi raqamli tengsizlik xavflariga qaratilgan. Xalqaro tajribaning qiyosiy tahlili asosida O‘zbekiston Respublikasi uchun mazkur sohada me’yoriy-huquqiy bazani shakllantirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
