ВОПРОСЫ ВНЕДРЕНИЯ ЦИФРОВЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ ОРГАНОВ ПРОКУРАТУРЫ

В настоящей статье проанализированы научно-теоретические основы внедрения цифровых технологий в деятельность органов прокуратуры, рассмотрены вопросы цифровизации системы, информатизации и применения технологий искусственного интеллекта. Освещено значение цифровых технологий для совершенствования деятельности органов прокуратуры, обеспечения прав и законных интересов участников уголовного процесса, а также организации оперативного и надёжного обмена информацией. Наряду с этим особое внимание уделено преимуществам использования искусственного интеллекта в правоохранительной деятельности, а также проблемам обеспечения таких фундаментальных правовых принципов, как алгоритмическая прозрачность и презумпция невиновности. В статье раскрываются преимущества цифровых инструментов в повышении профессионального потенциала работников отрасли, проводится сравнительный анализ достижений и недостатков зарубежного опыта в данной сфере. В заключение рассмотрены приоритетные цели и механизмы их реализации, предусмотренные Стратегией Республики Узбекистан «Цифровая прокуратура – 2030».
