ACCEPTABLE METHODS FOR RESOLVING CORPORATE DISPUTES

Abstract

This article examines the grounds for the emergence of corporate relations under market conditions, their comprehensive support, legal regimes, and the concept of corporate disputes. It analyzes the notion of corporate relations within the branch of law, exploring the concepts of corporate relations and corporate disputes in jurisprudence, their types, and the role and significance of subjects in a market economy. The study investigates the organizational and legal foundations and forms of establishing corporations, the definition of corporate disputes, their root causes, modern methods of resolving them, and their scientific and practical bases. Furthermore, the research comparatively evaluates national and foreign experiences concerning corporate relations alongside the theoretical and practical views of scholars. Based on studying optimal methods for resolving corporate disputes, the paper explores the practice of applying them in specific situations. In examining these optimal resolution methods, scientific approaches such as comparative-legal and philosophical methods were utilized, alongside a comprehensive review of global experience and legal practice in the field of corporate relations.
