PROSPECTS FOR COOPERATION BETWEEN THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND THE NOTARY CHAMBER IN ENSURING A UNIFIED NOTARY PRACTICE IN UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the interaction and prospects for developing cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the Notary Chamber of Uzbekistan in ensuring a unified notarial practice in Uzbekistan. Based on normative-legal, comparative-legal, systemic, institutional, and functional analysis methods, the current distribution of powers, the balance between control and professional self-governance, digital information exchange, the development of methodological explanations, and the prevention of notarial errors were studied. The author justifies the need to ensure a unified practice not only through administrative control, but also through the open formation of legal positions, regular joint training and a feedback mechanism. As a result, proposals were developed for the introduction of a “regulatory dialogue” mechanism and others.
