Мазкур мақола орқали фуқаролик-ҳуқуқий муомилада вужудга келган ўзига хос рақамли муносабатларни ҳуқуқий тартибга солишда мавжуд ижтимоий эҳтиёжлар ҳамда бу борада ечимини кутаётган масалаларни эътиборга олган ҳолда рақамли активлар оид илмий қарашлар ва назарий масалалар таҳлил объекти сифатида ўрганилади. Мақолада ривожланган хорижий мамлакатлардв рақамли активларнинг фуқаролик-ҳуқуқий муносабатлар объекти сифатида ўрганилганлиги, унинг ҳуқуқий табиати ва тартибга солиш усуллари қисқача илмий таҳлил этилган. Шунингдек, ушбу мақолада муаллиф рақамли активлар билан боғлиқ хорижий мамлакатлар тажрибасини тахлил қилар экан, унда суд амалиётидан мисоллар келтириб, келажакда мавжуд қонунчилик олдида ечимини кутаётган масалаларга эътибор қаратади. Мазкур мақола орқали ўқувчида рақамли молиявий технологиялар ёрдамида муомила бўлган рақамли активлар тўғрисида ҳамда унинг FinTech доирасида амалда бўлиш чегаралари ҳақидаги қарашларини бойитишга ёрдам беради.
