Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarini tibbiy xizmatlarda qo‘llash, bu jarayondagi huquqiy va axloqiy tamoyillar, shuningdek, milliy qonunchilikdagi mavjud bo‘shliqlar tahlil qilinadi. O‘zbekistonning “Raqamli O‘zbekiston — 2030” strategiyasiga muvofiq, tibbiyotda sun’iy intellektdan foydalanishni tartibga soluvchi maxsus qonunchilik ishlab chiqish zarurati asoslab berilgan.
