TEACHING KOMIL SINDAROV’S SHORT STORY “LUST FOR REVENGE” IN LEGAL EDUCATION

Abstract

This article scientifically and theoretically examines the works of Komil Sindarov, a prominent representative of 21st-century Uzbek detective literature, lawyer, and writer, published under the “Investigator” column, and their role in legal education. The study reveals that the writer’s short story “Lust for Revenge” is based on real life events, fully complies with criminalistic laws and regulations, and is an important educational resource for students studying law. The article also provides detailed coverage of mechanisms for enhancing important professional and practical competencies, such as analytical thinking, critical approach, versioning, understanding the psychology of the criminal, comparing evidence, and professional ethics, through the teaching of detective works to future lawyers.
