Abstract

Данная статья посвящена комплексному анализу проблемы защиты прав собственности в контексте международных санкций. В работе рассматриваются теоретические основы международных санкций и их влияние на право собственности, анализируются существующие международно-правовые механизмы защиты прав собственности и их эффективность в условиях санкционных режимов. Особое внимание уделяется правовым проблемам, возникающим при применении санкций, включая юрисдикционные вопросы, проблемы исполнения судебных решений и коллизии между национальным и международным правом. Статья также исследует международную практику защиты прав собственности в условиях санкций, анализируя ключевые судебные решения и опыт отдельных государств.1`
