DEVELOPMENT OF THE LANGUAGE OF LAW: THE INFLUENCE OF NATURAL LANGUAGE CHANGES ON LEGISLATION

The article analyzes the transformation of the legal discourse of Uzbekistan in the context of modern linguistic processes from a jurislinguistic point of view. The author studied the impact of the natural development of the language, digitization, internationalization, the introduction of new terms, and the processes of dearchaization on the text of normative and legal documents. The issues of the balance between the conservative nature of the legal language and modern communicative needs are also highlighted. Legal collisions that can cause terminological ambiguities in judicial and legal practice are analyzed on the basis of examples. The article substantiates the need to introduce mandatory linguistic expertise and terminological monitoring mechanisms in legislative activities and puts forward scientific proposals to ensure the accuracy and stability of the legal language.
