ANALYSIS OF NATIONAL LEGISLATION ON THE PROCEDURE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The effective functioning of the institution of administrative complaints in the regulation of relations between public administration and citizens is an important component of the process of building a state governed by the rule of law. This article analyzes the regulatory and legal foundations of the institution of administrative complaints within the administrative-legal system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main objective of the study is to identify the differences and similarities between the three main documents regulating the procedure for administrative complaint proceedings within the framework of current legislation through a comparative legal analysis. The results obtained can be used as a theoretical source in improving legislation, unifying the practice of administrative proceedings, and in legal education. The conclusion of the article puts forward scientific and practical recommendations aimed at eliminating gaps in current legislation.
